January Issue: Happy New Year!
Payment Policy: Session 3 Payments are due the week of January 21. Session payments should be paid by the second class of the session to avoid late fees. Session payments must be made in full. Students will not be permitted to advance to the next session if previous sessions are not paid in full. Payments should be kept up-to-date. We reserve the right to refuse class participation due to a delinquent account.
Spring Review & Ticket Sales:
Our Spring Review will be held at Notre Dame Academy in Park Hills, KY on Saturday and Sunday May 11 & 12. Because Notre Dame seats less than HHS, it is necessary to have two shows. There will be a rehearsal Saturday morning with a show that evening and an afternoon show on Sunday. The 3&4 Year Old Classes will have the option to perform in both shows, but will be required to only perform in one. More details will be provided as soon as they are finalized. Ticket sales will take place at the studio on February 9th from 9 am to 1 pm. Seats are sold on a first come basis!
Dance Competition: January 26th
The competition teams at KDC will have their first competition on Saturday January 26 at Notre Dame Academy in Park Hills, KY. We encourage everyone to come cheer on our teams and experience the competition world first hand! If interested, please contact our office for more details.
Check Your Child's Dance Bag!
It is extremely important for parents to check your child's dance bag after each class. Important announcements and newsletters are often shoved inside dance bags and not found until several weeks after parents have missed an important event, etc.
Names Inside Dance Shoes: Please mark dancer's first and last name inside each dance shoe (both to a pair). Do not mark names on the bottoms of shoes as this can be seen when performing on stage. Check your child's bag after each class to make sure your child has all of their dance shoes and other belongings.
